your own estimates can be way off.

• Eat more often: When you severely restrict your calories or skip meals throws off your blood sugar levels and can make you binge
out as soon as you get an opportunity to eat.

• Don’t hold guilt for slip ups: You’re only human. Eventually you are going to make a mistake and consume something sweet or salty
and totally yummy that you should be avoiding. Instead of dwelling on it look over your diet to see why you felt the need to pig out.

• Use Meal Replacement Extras: If you’re not having any trouble gaining the calorie and nutrition you need from regular foods than
theirs no reason to switch to meal replacement items, expect for snacks and desserts. Instead of eliminating snacks from your diet
make easy weight loss changes by allowing yourself one snack item a day. Those designed for weight loss are sure to have added
nutrition.

• Say goodbye to fast foods: Though that double cheeseburger from the fast food joint may be calling your name, you have to drive on
by! Most fast food items contain shocking amounts of fats and sodium, even their so called healthier items such as salads may have
more calories than you’re willing to tackle. If your craving is that bad make a low fat version in your own home.

• Cut back on the fruit juice: Though many think juice is good for you and many fruit juices are. Many are also full of high amounts of
sugar, sometimes just as much as soda! Cut back on drinking fruit juices and eat the real fruit as much as possible for easy weight loss.

• Only work out for 10 minutes. Many individuals choose to work out for 30 minutes a day and end up exhausted and quickly cut
exercise out. For those just starting to exercise the point is to gradually work up to 30 minutes a day. To start off 10 minute increments
several times a day may be the best option.

• Read food labels: Products may claim one thing on the front but the nutritional label tells a completely different story. For example a
product may claim to be fat free on the front, the food label shows a massive increase in sugar content to offset the taste. A fat free
product loaded with sugar is no better!

Here’s one more simple tip for easy weight loss. Just do it! You can’t make any changes until you’re willing to get up and try. Start off
with one or two ideas for easy weight loss from this list then build your own list.
